The production process of EVA POE solar film machine:
(1)Pre-mix the material(formula)
(2)Use vacuum feeder loading the material into the extruder
(3)Heat the extruder to melt the material
(4)Material flows out of the mold and onto the cooling roller
(5)Calender rotates to cool and shape the EVA/POE solar film
(6)Film transfer to the cooling bracket and get edge trimmed
(7)Use winder to wind the final film into rolls

3. Mixing system of EVA/POE solar film production line
In order to produce qualified EVA/POE film, it requires formula. The formula contains different types of materials in different state. At this time, we can equip customers with whole set of mixing system, it contains a conical mixer and related feeders. And based on the different features of EVA material and POE material, the time for mixing the two materials are different.
