1. Introduce of PVC water stop
PVC plastic water stop is mainly used for the foundation project which is composed of concrete in construction joints and deformation joints when concrete is poured. Such as tunnels, culverts, aqueducts,dams, liquid storage structures, underground facilities and so on. Plastic watertight zone makes full use of the elastic deformation characteristics of PVC resin in the construction joints to prevent leakage and seepage, and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and durability.
2. Introduction of PVC Waterstop Production Equipment
(1) The production line is composed of a mixer, a conical twin-screw extruder, a mold, a cooling and setting platform, a tractor, a cutting unit, and a winding machine. With the unique raw material formula and production process, the tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness, low temperature bending and other indicators of the product meet the standard requirements.
(2) The machine can realize multiple functions in one machine, and can also be used to produce pvc door profiles and pvc window profiles.
